The Talent Manager will be working collaboratively as part of the People team, leading on all things recruitment related with a mixed remit of delivery, wider talent strategy and process improvements.
This role offers a fantastic variety of senior stakeholder management across functions, talent attraction, process improvements and employer branding projects and the opportunity to make a real impact on the business!
The ideal candidate will have a solid recruitment background and have experience managing all Talent Operations - looking at their current recruitment processes, automating, streamlining, implementing new processes and initiatives.
Ideally you will have managed or mentored/coached a small in-house recruitment team. You will need experience working with ATS and their processes - Greenhouse is a bonus!
You will have experience working within a similar fast paced, complex, creative environment.
