We're looking for a highly organised and experienced freelance Project Manager to join the Creative team at a leading international broadcaster

This role will involve taking the lead on digital and on-air promotional campaigns from brief to delivery. You'll play a vital role in managing both the big-picture strategy and day-to-day details across a variety of creative projects - from showreels to full-scale 360 marketing campaigns that span promos, social media assets, and out-of-home (OOH) executions.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project ownership: oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple touchpoints and markets
  • Campaign variety: manage a wide range of creative outputs, including showreels, digital promos, social media assets, and large-scale integrated campaigns (360)
  • Briefing & kick-off: set up and lead initial calls with producers and clients to align on project scope and goals
  • Comms & coordination: set up Slack channels, book resources (e.g. audio sessions, GFX), and keep everyone aligned and informed throughout the process
  • Multi-project juggling: handle several campaigns at once, prioritizing tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder needs
  • Cross-functional teamwork: liaise with creatives, producers, editors, external partners, and internal stakeholders across departments
  • Platform fluency: work within Airtable and other tools to manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals

About You

  • Project management experience is essential - this is not a coordinator or Producer role. You must have a proven track record of managing creative projects from concept to completion
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a creative or marketing project management role
  • Strong understanding of digital and on-air production processes
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Experience juggling multiple fast-paced campaigns simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Airtable is a bonus

This is a hybrid role with flexibility on days in the office.

Candidates must be UK based
