A fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Ops / Resource Manager to join an award winning creative agency as they continue to grow.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Operations to keep everything running smoothly - from planning and resourcing to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

This role will be predominantly office based in central London and needs previous experience of working in a similar role within a creative agency.

What You'll Do

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication

  • Support Graphics & Finishing teams with resourcing and prioritisation

  • Enforce operational processes, workflows, and security policies

  • Manage project database, HR systems, and holiday calendars

  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes

  • Support infrastructure, IT, and HR initiatives

  • Manage desk space, remote work policies, and general office upkeep

  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors

  • Help manage diaries, meeting rooms, and cross-time zone scheduling

  • Work closely with company leadership to prioritise meetings and share updates

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in a creative agency or production environment

  • Strong resource planning and process management experience

  • Calm under pressure with excellent organisation and communication skills

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and tools like Monday.com

  • Bonus: Familiarity with Avid and After Effects

  • Passion for team culture and creative workflows
