For this reason, the time has come for a People Person to join the agency of 45. You will partner with the leadership team and HOD's, using leading resources to build a strong pipeline of talent whilst looking after development, D&I and all things people.
This is a part-time position for 3 days a week, working 2 days in the office and one from home. Longer term there could be scope for the role to become full-time but that is up for discussion! The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, experience in implementing effective performance management programmes and strong interpersonal skills. You will be a collaborative and friendly team player with good attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
