We are on the lookout for a proactive People Lead/Partner to join this luxury hospitality start up brand.
This is a key standalone HR role within the business working as a close partner to the CEO and CEO, you'll be helping to mould and deliver their people plan and working to build a first-class people function.
As the main point of contact for HR, you will be both strategic and operational - you must be comfortable working with blank canvas and rolling up your sleeves when required and enjoy a full coverage role. You'll be working on key projects as well as getting into the nitty gritty, building process and policy frameworks. You'll be someone who can engage with the business and inspire them with great ideas around how to ensure they remain a fun and inclusive place to work as they grow.
The ideal candidate will come with a broad generalist experience working in the start-up/ scale up world - relevant industry experience is essential. This role will be a true mix of strategy and hands-on work, there is so much exciting project work to lead on and initiatives to drive so coming up with your own ideas and being adaptable will be vital.
