Are you an experienced standalone People & Culture Manager looking for your next opportunity?

We are excited to be working with a growing SME Creative Agency who are looking for a proactive and progressive People & Culture Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

This is a brand new role that has been created as their first ever people dedicated role to come in and focus on the people agenda. This is a great opportunity for the right person to make their mark on this stand-alone role with scope for growth and development.

You will be able to streamline processes, communications, and policies to keep their team happy, active, unified, and growing alongside working closely with the Managing Director to help define, shape, and maintain their ethos and company culture.

They are looking for someone who will bring their experience, energy, and creativity to their company and grow with them.

Based across the UK, their team is 90-strong, and they are set to hit the 100 mark this year. Now is the perfect time to find someone that will help take the company, and its brilliant employees, to the next stage.

Their ambition is to make sure they are always an exciting and creative place to work where people can grow, are able to develop and feel supported. You will take lead around the EVP, values, culture as well as managing the day to day HR for the business.

They need someone who is progressive and enjoys the autonomy to work on projects and really wants to grow within this role as the company grows. This role will focus on strategy, projects and ad hoc admin although there is support from the Office Manager for this.

They are open to Senior HR Advisors ready to step into a standalone HR Manager role and wants to grow and get stuck in and/or experienced HR Managers that may want to move away from working within a team or have worked within an SME or standalone capacity before.

If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!
