Handle is excited to have partnered with this successful creative agency to source their new People and Culture Manager.
You will be managing and coaching a collaborative HR team of 2, acting as a right hand to the Head of People and work in partnership with key stakeholders to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Generalist and have experience of working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment, within a similar sector is a bonus! This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working as a People / Talent Advisor in a previous role and looking for a step up.
There is a lot of autonomy with this role and there is a lot of exciting things happening in the agency at the moment. Alongside HR generalist duties and owning the Talent piece, you will be able to get involved with HRIS projects, D&I, culture changes etc.
