Are you an immediately available Payroll Specialist with EMEA experience?
Handle are excited to be partnering with this incredible global creative company who are looking for a Payroll Lead to join their team ASAP!
As a Payroll Lead you'll be responsible for processing and reporting on UK and European payroll, including France, Spain, Italy and Germany in partnership with their Local Service Providers.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Coordination and monitoring of the entire internal payroll processing.
- Manage and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure an accurate, compliant and timely processed payroll.
- Provide financial and FTE-reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate internal and external audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
- Responsible for ensuring that policies and contractual frameworks are maintained and continue to meet UK and EMEA legislative requirements
- Responsible for on-going management of the payroll system and provider.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within a fast paced environment and must have experience managing UK and EU payroll.
They have fabulous offices based in Hammersmith, with a hybrid 2 days in the office policy.
