Do you work within a Museum or Gallery setting? Have you got experience working with Patrons on a day to day basis or worked in a Development team?
We have an urgent role starting immediately for 3 months in Central London. The Patrons Officer will be providing vital support to the Manager, developing and maintaining new and current relationships within the team and deliver high and efficient Administration support. The right candidate will be building strong internal relationships and work collectively with key members of the team.
The right candidate will need:
- Strong Administration skills
- A background working with Patrons
- A background working for a Museum or Gallery
- Strong attention to detail to schedule, plan and look after any events that may arise
- Experience of using Wordfly or InDesign is desirable
The client will need someone in the office 4 days with potentially 1 day working from home, with the hours being 9am-5pm. Ideally they will need someone that is fairly flexible, as that is the nature of the role within that department.
