Handle are proud to be partnering with an exciting Media company who are looking for a Part-Time HR Manager 3 days a week to join their team on a 12 month maternity cover FTC.
Reporting into the Finance Director and work closely with the CEO, this standalone role will be managing all aspects of HR from the full employee lifecycle, managing all ER issues, recruitment and supporting with any upcoming projects.
Key responsibilities
Operate at all levels of the business, providing support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
Implement strategies to develop and retain key talent
Manage and resolve employee queries
Advise, coach and support managers on performance management practices
Manage all recruitment activity
Support key HR
The ideal candidate will be a credible HR generalist and be either a HR Advisor ready to step up or a current HR Manager looking for a part-time role. You will have excellent communication skills and previous experience working in a standalone role is ideal but not a necessity
