Operations Manager - Entertainment

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a dynamic and multi-award-winning entertainment group that is renowned for its talent management, television production, and live promotion.
Reporting to the Global Director of Operations & HR and working closely with the People Operations Partner, the Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing facilities and office management across all UK business divisions. As the Operations Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Operations Team, including the Operations Coordinator, Operations Assistant, and Receptionist, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Oversee day-to-day facilities and office management, including but not limited to space planning, maintenance, security, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with the Global Director of Operations & HR and People Operations Partner to develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
- Monitor and optimise operational processes to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and employee experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding facilities-related inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, security protocols, and industry standards.
- Spearhead projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace sustainability, wellness, and inclusivity.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to facilities management activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the entertainment, media, or creative industries.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management, budgeting, and vendor negotiations.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
