Operations Coordinator - Entertainment
Do you have 1-2 years of customer service experience? We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join this global entertainment brand supporting compliance and access to information. You will need to have excellent organisation, data entry and communication skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Monitoring email inbox and responding in a professional and timely manner.
- Process requests in line with privacy and GDPR laws
- Updating records of requests and documents on the systems
Required skills:
- Critical thinking
- Independent working
- Ability to work at pace
- Excellent communication and organisation
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Admin experience with sensitive data
Preferred skills:
- Additional language
