We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a pioneering Marketing Agency, internationally recognised for their ground-breaking campaigns & brand partnerships. If you have experience within office management, supporting an HR team with on-boarding and recruitment and looking to take the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you today! This role is based 5 days a week in their stunning London offices.
Reporting to the Operations Director & the HR Manager, you will be taking on a varied role across their day-today operations, office management and HR Support. This is an extremely buzzy office, that offers great training opportunities, room for progression along with the opportunity to really make this role your own!
Key responsibilities:
Office Management & Operations
Managing all office supplies, purchasing, restocking and operations
Supporting Finance team & Line Manager with annual office spend tracking and budgets
Manage and track the inventory of IT hardware issued to employees
Proactively offering suggestions re. interior decoration & furnishings, to ensure an on brand and up to date
Acting as Fire Marshall & Health & Safety lead
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Support Hiring Leads with Job Descriptions, briefing out roles, scheduling interviews
Coordinate Intern programmes Autumn, Spring and Summer programmes
Own the ATS and HR system for hiring talent, offer letters & contracts and recruitment admin
Lead the On Boarding, Inductions, and Off boarding for new starters
Create and schedule training programmes
Provide support on an ad hoc basis to SLT for various HR requests
Leading social activities and initiatives
