Superb opportunity for a confident, friendly and highly organised Office Coordinator to join a London based TV Production company to start immediately. Based on site in East London 5 days a week, Mon-Fri (09:30-18:00).

Responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcome to guests and staff- coordinate meeting rooms, issue guest passes and direct staff.

  • Manage the switchboard and facilitate calls.

  • Maintain and organise, clean professional workspace and waiting area.

  • Provide excellent customer service with helpful and friendly attitude.

  • Provide administrative support to the producers and executives.

  • Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services, unpacked inventory and stocked supplies.

  • Smoothly manage the day to day front desk operations.

Requirements:

  • Professional, motivated and enjoy taking ownership of the reception area

  • Excellent customer service with strong communication

  • Admin and Receptionist/Front of House experience

  • Previous experience or genuine interest in TV production/Media
