Superb opportunity for a confident, friendly and highly organised Office Coordinator to join a London based TV Production company to start immediately. Based on site in East London 5 days a week, Mon-Fri (09:30-18:00).
Responsibilities will include:
Warmly welcome to guests and staff- coordinate meeting rooms, issue guest passes and direct staff.
Manage the switchboard and facilitate calls.
Maintain and organise, clean professional workspace and waiting area.
Provide excellent customer service with helpful and friendly attitude.
Provide administrative support to the producers and executives.
Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services, unpacked inventory and stocked supplies.
Smoothly manage the day to day front desk operations.
Requirements:
Professional, motivated and enjoy taking ownership of the reception area
Excellent customer service with strong communication
Admin and Receptionist/Front of House experience
Previous experience or genuine interest in TV production/Media
