We are looking for an Office Coordinator for a luxury beauty company based in West London to support for 4 weeks supporting during the summer period.
We are seeking a warm and engaging individual who thoroughly enjoys colleauge and client facing interaction. You'll have office coordination and front of house experience, excelling in a dynamic office setting where you'll be the first point of contact.
Duties:
- Cleaning/office maintenance
- Filling and emptying dish washers
- Refilling fridge with drinks
- Refilling snack cupboards
- Reporting to office manager when we are low on product
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Help other departments pack and send boxes
- Collect mail and boxes from reception
- Adhoc admin duties
Terms:
- Part-time- Wed, Thu only (days will vary between 1-2 days a week)
- Hours are 9am- to 4pm
- ASAP start for 4 weeks
Skills and experience required:
- Interpersonal skills and ability to establish excellent working relationships
- Proactive and positive approach, happy to roll your sleeves up!
- Previous receptionist, office coordinator or assistant experience, ideally within beauty/skincare/media
Location: West London, 100% office based
