Your excellent organizational and customer service skills will enable you to take full ownership of the office operations day to day. We are looking for a positive individual who prides themselves on delivering great experiences to clients and team members, whilst ensuring health and safety compliance and the smooth running of our facilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Adhoc admin duties.
- Maintaining office cleanliness.
- Planning and organizing office events.
- Ordering supplies and purchases.
- Manage office costs and budgets.
- Manage office maintenance.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize.
- Skills in budget management
This is a fully onsite Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm role based in Southwest London.
