Unique opportunity for an L&D Manager to join this successful scaling entertainment start-up brand. This newly created sole L&D role, is an opportunity to help shape and design a whole learning proposition.

They are looking for someone who is passionate about creating learning solutions for all people across diverse backgrounds to ensure inclusivity in learning practices. This role straddles both technical and human skills - you will leverage expertise across the organisation to deliver specialist sector training, the onboarding and induction, embedding and building out the new LMS, creating clear career pathways, leadership development through to apprentice and mentorship programmes.

Could be a brilliant opportunity for a creative-minded learning specialist looking for autonomy in a role, being very hands-on and enjoying the building aspect. As they are a small business of c 120 you will need to enjoy the variety that comes in this type of environment and standalone nurture, working strategically as well as delivering and coordinating.

Ideal candidates will have a highly consultative approach, you'll be able to get under the skin of the business and thrive working at the pace and be excited by the building aspect.
