TV Production Accountant needed for a hugely successful production company! This is a 6-month interim role, that could become permanent upon completion. Working closely with various Production Managers, the focus of this role will be to manage a range of production budgets, whilst providing regular updates and guidance.
Key responsibilities include -
- Work with Excel Cost Managers to ensure budgets remain on track
- Weekly/monthly production accounting using SAGE
- Maintain and review cost reports to keep on top of current spend and projected costs
- Business Partner with Production Executives
- Prepare trial balance and cost reports
- Manage all production ledgers and process payment runs
Candidate requirements -
- Have worked in a similar TV/scripted production accounting role for a minimum of 3 years
- Experience working with Excel Cost Managers
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise and manage busy and demanding workloads
- Passion for and interest in television industry
- A "can do" attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- You are able to work in the central London office 5 days a week
