Handle is partnering with a leading beauty retailer, seeking an HRBP to join them on a permanent basis.
The brand specialises in premium products, with a focus on sustainability across multiple countries and outlets, alongside their flagship stores.
The role is responsible for the Corporate & Warehouse area of the business, reporting to the HRD, where you'll act as an influential leader supporting organisational change - design and restructuring, culture development, business engagement and enhancing the commercial success of the business. You'll partner on an operational and strategic basis, and coach stakeholders to deliver high performance. The role will allow you to implement creative solutions and work towards creating alignment across the business.
The ideal candidate will come from a luxury beauty / retail background and have previously worked in a 'local' role within a global organisation. You will have demonstrated experience in a similar position and be able to confidently execute talent management and organisational design. A strong understanding of EDI and a CIPD is advantageous. You will be a natural communicator, problem solver and results-driven candidate.
