Handle are proud to be partnering with an exciting, rapidly growing Media business who are looking for a HR Manager to join them.
This is a standalone role and will be supporting a busy creative environment, managing all aspects of HR including ER, L&D, Recruitment, employee engagement and HR admin. As the HR Manager you will provide advice and direction and be proactive and forward thinking when it comes to processes and make improvements where needed.

Key responsibilities
Operate at all levels of the business, providing support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
Design and implement initiatives with a focus on DEI, employee wellbeing and career/talent development
Manage and resolve employee queries
Advise, coach and support managers on performance management practices
Manage all recruitment activity
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Manager or a Senior HR Advisor/Generalist looking for a step up. You will have strong generalist experience ideally within a creative environment and excellent communication skills
