Handle are proud to be partnering with an exciting Music business who are looking for a HR Manager to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis

This role is a standalone role managing all aspects of HR for all employees across the UK and globally. Reporting into the CEO you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle and working closely with all managers providing support from HR administration to strategic guidance. This role will give you the opportunity to operate at all levels of a creative business.

To be successful for this role you will need to have previously worked within a standalone position and have experience working across an international or EMEA remit as this role will be 1st point of contact for HR for the global offices

Key responsibilities

  • Operate at all levels of the business, providing support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Design and implement initiatives
  • Manage and resolve employee queries
  • Advise, coach and support managers on performance management practices
  • Manage all recruitment activity

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Manager/BP with at least 7 years HR experience, be comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and be CIPD qualified (Level 7 is desired) and/or have a Bachelors/Masters in HR.
