Handle are partnering with a creative HR Consultancy to find a strong generalist HR professional to look after one of their largest media clients.
As the first point of contact for the client, you will cover everything from talent mapping and retention, business partnering, creation and renewal of HR polices and procedures to employee relations. You'll be a candidate who thrives in a fast pace environment and loves to get stuck in where needed. There is a lot of room for projects and innovation so they need someone with an enthusiasm for operations and strategy.
The ideal candidate will have around 4-5 years HR experience and 1-2 years at HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor or HR manager level, ideally within a creative or SME business. Standalone experience is also great as you will be comfortable independently managing HR duties. You will have experience across ER - performance management, absence management, redundancies etc. and feel confident coaching and empowering managers where needed.
