Handle are proud to be partnering with an exciting Creative Agency who are looking for a HR Manager to join their team.
This role is a standalone role supporting a busy creative agency managing all aspects of HR. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle and working closely with all managers providing support from HR administration to strategic guidance. This role will give you the opportunity to operate at all levels of a creative business.
Key responsibilities
Operate at all levels of the business, providing support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
Design and implement initiatives with a focus on DEI, employee wellbeing and career/talent development
Manage and resolve employee queries
Advise, coach and support managers on performance management practices
Manage all recruitment activity
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR generalist with strong ER, employment law and performance management experience. the successful candidate will ideally have experience working within a creative industry and will be CIPD level 5 qualified. You will have excellent communication skills and have strong stakeholder management experience.
