Handle are working with a Not for Profit organisation who are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their People team based in their offices in North West London. You will have at least 1 years experience working within a HR team and have strong administration skills. Supporting the Head of HR, the successful candidate will be working alongside a friendly and supportive team.
You role will include but not limited to:
- Managing the full employee lifecycle - offer letters/contracts, onboarding/offboarding, inductions
- Managing and updating the HRIS
- Supporting with recruitment
- Streamlining processes
- Re-writing policies
- Projects
- supporting with general HR administration
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously as they are open to change, you will be able to come in and make the role your own with scope to develop and take on projects
