Handle is proud to be working on an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic creative consultancy who are looking for an HR Consultant to join their team to work with media clients based in their offices in central London.
As the HR Consultant, you will be the lead contact for all HR queries and responsible for providing HR generalist support to your client group alongside an HR Assistant who will be your direct report.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Actively support the Senior Management Team and provide day-to-day guidance to department leaders and managers
Line Management of an HR Assistant
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Maintain working knowledge of all People function disciplines.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 4 years of HR experience and be comfortable independently managing HR duties including ER issues. You will be highly organised, flexible, and adaptable and have excellent communication skills.
