They're looking for someone with significant previous experience within a Business Partner role. This role has the opportunity to be influential with designing and be able to influence/engage stakeholders. You will be a creative thinker able to tailor your solutions to the specific needs.
You enjoy the day-to-day partnership with your client group. You would enjoy identifying, proposing, leading, and supporting on new projects and initiatives.
You'll have been a confident advisor on company policy and procedure, UK compliance, and general best practice: You'll have supported managers and leaders on items including recruitment and selection, absence management, conflict management, capability, performance management, disciplinary and grievance.
