Handle are working with a leading Arts company who are looking for an adaptive HR Assistant to support the Head of HR in the day to day running of the HR function on a 3 month FTC basis. This is a very hands-on role that will in time be the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR queries ensuring that the function runs professionally and smoothly.
As HR Assistant this role is all about supporting senior management with general administration efficiently and in a timely manner. It is critical that the HR Assistant is happy to actively contribute to new initiatives and can take on areas of responsibility when required.
- You will need at least 1-2 years HR experience, if you have worked within a smaller team/function where you have had more exposure to general admin is a bonus!
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident working manually and has an eye for detail when it comes to data input
- Flexible/Growth mind-set - someone who is excited by change and keen to give ideas and initiatives
