Head of Marketing - Financial Services
A senior position within a leading financial services and cryptocurrency firm has become available, a critical role responsible for transforming the existing marketing team into a division that can take this dynamic fintech company to the next phase of their global expansion.
You will be a strong leader, experienced in financial services or capital markets, focused on delivery and transformation within companies going through hyper growth periods. This is a fantastic opportunity, and the chance to work alongside entrepreneurs who are all committed to contributing to the scaling up of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management, development, and implementation of the strategic marketing initiatives
- Meticulous oversight of all brand collateral and creative. From offline, online and mobile.
- Management of the Marketing team and responsibility for delivering on marketing initiatives. Taking initiatives from project definition, brief development to delivery and assessment
- Developing and managing online marketing campaigns and client communications, as well as overseeing the website performance
You Will Have:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B marketing, focused on brand building along with significant experience in financial services or capital markets
- Ideally experience in or knowledge of the financial services industry, as well as crypto currency (would be a huge plus!)
- A proven track record and success in building and scaling successful marketing teams
- Demonstrable success in campaign management across media and delivering on results that impact the bottom line
- Highly driven with great negotiation skills and strong attention to detail, you will have experience in making a big impact at scaleup business through marketing and campaigns
