The Role:You'll be instrumental in driving growth by building strategic partnerships with top event organisers, venues, and promoters. From music festivals to sports events, you'll secure exclusive contracts, manage high-value relationships, and ensure exceptional F&B services at every event.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead partnership development strategies, focusing on large-scale events
Oversee end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to contract execution
Build and maintain relationships with key industry players
Mentor and guide a high-performance partnerships team
Use data-driven insights to stay ahead of market trends and refine strategies
What You'll Need:
Senior experience in the live events sector with a proven track record
An extensive network of promoters, venue managers, and organisers
Exceptional negotiation skills, closing large-scale deals
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
