We're partnering with a well-established events company to find an experienced Head of Brand Partnerships to lead their partnerships team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for live music and events to take ownership of strategic partnerships, drive revenue, and contribute to business growth.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies across a portfolio of UK festivals and live events. Leading a small team, you'll own the partnerships P&L, drive sales, and build strong relationships with festival operators and key stakeholders. Your leadership will be key in negotiating contracts, maximizing revenue, and aligning partnership initiatives with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term strategic plans for brand partnerships.

  • Own the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets for 2025.

  • Nurture relationships with stakeholders to deliver successful partnerships.

  • Negotiate contracts to maximize business performance.

  • Mentor and guide the partnerships team to hit sales goals.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior brand partnerships, ideally within the events industry.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue and managing strategic partnerships.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

If you're ready to lead a team and make a real impact in the events industry, we'd love to hear from you!
