A leading beauty brand are currently looking for two part-qualified Financial Analysts to join their rapidly growing finance function.
This is a genuinely commercial role which will offer fast-tracked development and exposure to senior stakeholders from day one.
Reporting into the Finance Manager key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the budget and forecasting process of OPEX and CAPEX, business partnering with Marketing, VM, PR, Store Design, Store Operations and Training teams
Lead monthly meetings and business partner cost centre budget holders to ensure expenditure is being recognised accurately
Validate and post month end journals
Prepare month end commentary packs for presentation of actuals vs budget/forecast
Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to forecast
Contribute to the development of new business opportunities through the business casing process
Assist in the preparation of P&L files following month end close
Enforce PO policy
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Ad hoc analysis to support the Senior Finance Manager EMEA
The ideal candidate will be a part-qualified Finance Analyst with advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models and forecasts.
Retail/FMCG experience is preferable but not essential. Experience with NetSuite and/or Anaplan would also be great but is not essential.
