A fast growing hospitality business is currently looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their ever-growing team. Working directly with senior stakeholders and reporting to the Business Development Director you will be responsible for providing all forms of analysis to aid decision making.
Core duties will include:
- Assisting the senior executive team on annual budgeting & forecasting, building models, analysing sales trends and building out revenue projections
- Updating budget revenue, P&L actuals & forecasts on a monthly/quarterly basis whilst recommending areas of improvement
- Management of the debtors
- Ad Hoc assistance with external Audits and tax computations.
- Supporting the senior leadership team in compiling board reports, and financial and analytical reporting for the business, including monthly P&L commentary.
- Providing monthly and quarterly updates and presentations to the team on financial performance
- Compile International sales and performance reports on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis.
- Work closely with the Territory Operations Manager to identify the cause of trends in the selected site(s) and provide further analysis of additional information shared by a local team.
- Provide analytical financial & strategic support, as required to the franchise partners.
- Support the Design Studio in aspects of site commercials and ad hoc projects as required, CAPEX, and industry benchmarking against our concept costs
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services & new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Drafting new business finance models and developing business cases.
- Monitoring of performance, report building of findings and providing advice and direction for development.
- Proactively research global trends and country-specific market trends in the industry. Provide analytics, research data, advice and guidance
