Responsibilities:
Process and code weekly purchase invoices and orders
Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts monthly
Manage invoice payment process
Input and allocate cash receipts appropriately
Ensure timely submission of corporate credit card and expense claims
Review and process expense claims
Address invoice, payment, credit card, and expense queries
Support debt collection efforts
Perform general administrative tasks and team support
Requirements:
Strong academic background
Finance Degree Preferred (1st / 2:1)
0-1 years industry experience
Basic Excel proficiency
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Interest in media
Excellent communication skills, with a positive and tenacious attitude
