At Handle we work on lots of fantastic opportunities within the Creative industry, such as Facilities Coordinator roles at companies which are some of the world's biggest names in TV/Film and Entertainment.

The ideal candidates will be proactive, excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail. You should also have effective communication and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to work collaboratively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To log all fault calls on the computerised logging system;

  • To produce worksheets to action any work required;

  • Monitor the work load, flag to the Facilities Management Team as soon as possible if a backlog begins to build;

  • Enter completion dates on the computer system in a timely manner;

  • Contact the person originally registering the job for feedback after completion.

  • Assist the business by the raising of purchase orders as required

  • Provide relief cover for Reception/Hospitality as and when required

  • Provide support and to deputise in the Senior Facilities Administrator's absence

  • Any other duties as required by line management

Requirements:

  • Have strong communication and organisational skills

  • Be flexible and adaptable to new ways of working

  • Be able to multi-task and identify key business issues

  • Be proactive with a strong desire for continuous improvement

  • A good team player
