The ideal candidates will be proactive, excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail. You should also have effective communication and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to work collaboratively with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
To log all fault calls on the computerised logging system;
To produce worksheets to action any work required;
Monitor the work load, flag to the Facilities Management Team as soon as possible if a backlog begins to build;
Enter completion dates on the computer system in a timely manner;
Contact the person originally registering the job for feedback after completion.
Assist the business by the raising of purchase orders as required
Provide relief cover for Reception/Hospitality as and when required
Provide support and to deputise in the Senior Facilities Administrator's absence
Any other duties as required by line management
Requirements:
Have strong communication and organisational skills
Be flexible and adaptable to new ways of working
Be able to multi-task and identify key business issues
Be proactive with a strong desire for continuous improvement
A good team player
