We're working on a fantastic new EA immediately available temp opportunity at an innovative independent TV Production company. Partnering with some of the biggest names in the UK and International TV, they proudly shine the light on undeniable female talent and put women at the center of the stories they create.
This is a wonderful opportunity to directly support executive members with diary management, travel arrangements, preparing itineraries and scheduling management. As the glue who holds the day-to-day office operations together you will be required to work full-time on-site and duties will include:
Duties include:
- Managing complex diaries of Executive members.
- Coordinating and managing travel and booking including flights and accommodation.
- Adhoc admin duties.
- Manage inbound calls and emails.
- Act as first point of contact for Executives and clients.
- Manage booking and scheduling of meetings and events.
- Cleaning/Office maintenance.
- Maintaining basic HR functions and systems
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Previous EA/PA experience.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proactive and positive approach.
This job is a fully on-site role based in their Central/Southwest London office location.
