eCommerce Operations Manager - Music

Handle are very excited to be working with one of the world's leading music businesses, with a stand-out out roster and a massive influence in the industry. This team if one of the key foundational channels to help bring artists and their fans together. This role will be vital for helping shape and deliver future marketing growth strategies. As a Marketing Operations Manager they are seeking a strong analytical candidate who would assist the Head of Demand in helping on key marketing initiatives across a variety of stores dedicated to the label's artists. You will support on commerce, analytics, and SEO to help deliver engagement and growth across their eComm business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing social commerce and opportunities for artists
  • Being a key lead for the labels and being the leading face of social commerce
  • Working with labels to run effective strategies for artists
  • Expanding on analytics to encourage customer growth and engagement
  • Project mange future projects and day-to-day activities
  • Work with the Head of Demand and Head of Site Experience on best practice UI
  • Work directly with the technology teams, to utilise new capabilities and accelerate potential marketing programmes
  • Analysing marketing performances and creating strategies to support engagement
  • Management of on-site SEO across the new Shopify 2 stack

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns
  • Experience in e-commerce and managing D2C sales and channel partnerships
  • Background using Shopify
  • Strong client-facing skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience implementing social commerce strategies, from an advertising perspective
  • Background in using Business Manager Google, Meta and TikTok
  • Strong analytical experience, handling large data sets
