Great new opportunity for an accomplished EA to support a wonderful CEO for this UK based sports organisation. Role is to start asap and will require a detail focused EA with excellent communication skills who is comfortable liaising with high-profile senior stakeholders. Duties to include:

  • Typing and distribution of correspondence relating to CEO, and respond or redirect to appropriate department/ person.
  • Screening calls and handle queries and re-direct to appropriate department where necessary
  • Communicate with people at all levels, particularly Chair, Board, Committee members, Leadership Team and staff, Sponsors and Government offices and contacts.
  • Arrange meetings and co-ordinate diaries for CEO with appropriate people.
  • Manage all travel arrangements for the Chief Executive including obtaining appropriate visas for overseas travel.
  • Shred confidential items.
  • Act as secretary to the CEO including paperwork, take notes, prepare minutes and follow up action points.
  • Manage the Company Contracts database and filing system.
  • Update and maintain database / contact details.
  • Co-ordinate and administer steering groups as and when required by the Chief Executive.
  • Arrange office management meetings involving other PAs and administrators
  • Any other duties relating to the Chief Executive as required

This will be a rolling contract for circa 6 months and a unique opportunity to support a dynamic and inspirational female leader.
