A Global technology company, known for their iconic products are looking for an experienced PM to join the Global Digital Content Management team.

Candidates MUST have a background of working on large scale global content campaigns and working with a product CMS.


This role is London based with 3 days in the office and 2 wfh. We cannot consider remote candidates for this position.

The role requires expertise in launching and delivering high profile online marketing campaigns, new releases and product introductions.

The role will involve -

  • Advising on online store campaign design & development.
  • Planning and overseeing launch strategies.
  • Managing assets, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure consistency from launch to takedown.
  • Aligning teams on timelines & DCM requirements.
  • Advising teams on publishing processes & standards.
  • Status Reporting: Tracking & reporting risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Post-Release Analysis: Identify lessons & apply to future projects.
  • Promoting efficient & scalable solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong corporate partnerships.

Candidates will ideally have-

  • 5-8 years in project management or 5+ years in global content/product catalogue systems.
  • Experience coordinating global cross-functional teams (marketing, design, tech, QA).
  • Launched large-scale global marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of web publishing tools & technical concepts.
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable, professional, and quality-focused under changing conditions.
  • High ownership, accountability, and multitasking ability.
  • Positive, motivational, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong planning, execution, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate tough decisions and conflicting views
  • Technical Skills: PHP, HTML, Photoshop, digital assets.
  • Marketing Execution: Multi-channel campaign delivery, especially mobile.
