Handle are working with a leading independent record label. We are pleased to be assisting them in a search for a Digital & Social media to assist a variety of teams within the label. With the label having a key focus in dance music, you will need to bring an innovative mindset to help grow the label.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute across all areas of the business, spanning the record label, management, and events at the label
- Reporting directly to the co-founders and collaborating with the label manager, you will be responsible for running digital campaigns for all new frontline releases.
- Manage key social media channels and sub-labels while overseeing social strategies for the management roster.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, where your dynamic skills and passion for digital marketing will be put to the test.
The ideal candidate will have
- Strong passion for commercial dance music and the dance music scene.
- Experienced knowledge of running & planning digital campaigns for music releases and artists.
- Creative and enthusiastic with a hard work ethic and ability to work quickly.
- Eye for creating and briefing A* content, with a passion for social media and staying updated on the latest trends.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and multitask multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in collaborating with artists, labels, and third-party stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a close-knit environment.
- Analytical skills and ability to analyse social platforms, identifying key areas for growth and opportunities.
- Self-motivated and driven, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience in creating content using iPhones and basic video capturing.
- Familiarity with applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Dropbox.
- Understanding of video editing software, Photoshop, and animation.
