We are working with a small business that provide the best music talent for Theatre, films and TV.

This is a stand alone role and would suit someone who has experience heading up a finance function in a small team.

We are looking for qualified accountant for this role and a passion/experience in music would be preferable.

This role is full time in the office and after probation there is the option to work from home once a week.

Excellent knowledge of Sage accounts and Excel, with knowledge of Xero preferred.

Day to day:

Preparing quarterly management reports, including trading analysis, accruals and Profit and loss reports for directors.
Monthly cashflow reporting.
Bank reconciliations. Creditors and Trade Debtors reconciliation.
VAT returns.
Inputting and coding of high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Management of accounts payable/receivable.
Preparation of final client invoices and liaising with clients on final costs.
Preparation for yearend procedures, including reconciliations and final checks before handing over to external accountants to prepare final company accounts.
Process staff expenses and preparation of P11D information.
Taking care of all office bills and functions, including company mobile phones, cab accounts credit card bills, company subscriptions etc.
