Fantastic new long-term temp opportunity for a detail focused administrator with experience of working with SAP or similar systems.
Your methodical approach and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in supporting this dynamic and friendly Marketing team for this major international TV/Film Studio.
Duties will include:
Management of raising and processing purchase orders, invoice coding, vendor set ups and extensions, and fielding enquiries where necessary.
Schedule meetings as requested by Marketing Department and where appropriate attend key meetings taking notes and distributing action points to attendees.
Assist with client and agency communications, meetings & A.V. set up, product presentations, screenings and client facing events (inc. booking, invites & guest lists).
Distribution of marketing materials (i.e. artwork and trailers) to marketing team and external agencies.
Data administration, transfer and reporting
Maintain business critical documents and team planning tools
The ideal profile will have the following skills/experience:
Exceptional administrative and communication skills with knowledge of SAP, SNAP, Excel, Concur, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
Experience in SAP and Purchase Order administration is essential.
Proactive & highly motivated self-starter with strong co-ordination skills, an eye for detail, solid numeracy skills, ability to juggle several competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
Ability to interact with external agencies as well as diverse groups internationally.
Strong team player with ability to build and maintain relationships both internally within the organization and externally.
