Calling all car loving customer focused temps!
New immediately available customer support role based hybrid (office is London based). Your role is integral to the success of the customer journey, by speaking to customers through the phone.
Working pattern will be Monday to Friday, usual office hours, with 1 in 2 Saturdays (with a day off in the week).
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the voice of the brand, supporting our customers mainly via phone calls with some live chat and emails
Liaising with teams to ensure process is smooth and effortless for the customer
Keeping systems up to date, utilising Zendesk
About You:
You will have experience of working in a busy customer facing environment and receiving calls
Experience of working in the automotive industry is desirable
Can-do attitude, flexibility and creativity, ability to work under pressure to tight timeframes
You have excellent spoken and written English
Knowledge of Zendesk is desirable but not required
