A multi-platform, international media company based in central London are keen to appoint a Customer Service Specialist for 6 months, with immediate start.
The role will be based within the Finished Goods Customer Service team to provide administrative and delivery in management of the order to cash process; involved in supply chain improvement projects; and deliver the highest standard of customer service.
SAP proficiency is essential, and experience in FMCG is highly desirable.
Duties:
- Processing orders through SAP
- Manage day to day running of customer services desk, taking ownership of dealing wight all logistical queries
- Set up of customer accounts
- Manage communication with internal/external stakeholders
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Invoice handling and processing
- Cross check inbound commercial invoice data
Key skills and experience required:
- Confident in the use of SAP (or similar)
- Strong tech/ systems and administration skills
- A good understanding/ experience of 3rd party logistics
- Strong numerical, analytical and interpretative skills
- Ability to build good relationships with team members, stakeholders and customers
Bonus for:
- Previous FMCG Customer Service experience
Hybrid role- 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
