Fantastic new opportunity for a detail focused Team Coordinator to support the dynamic digital distribution team at this iconic global studio. This team is responsible for the buying and renting rights (EST & VOD) for all of the company's film and TV projects internationally. This includes the management of all transactional storefronts such as Amazon, Apple, Google and Microsoft, as well as all local partners.

This varied and commercially critical role requires excellent organisational and communication skills and will work closely with a myriad of internal depts. including Operations, Marketing, Admin, Sales, Business Insights and Finance.

Day to day your workload can include:

  • Picking titles to go on promotion
  • Attending meetings with clients from around the globe
  • Tracking marketing plans
  • Entering promotional dates and prices into a database
  • Analyzing data to make recommendations
  • Checking internal systems for rights, holdbacks, and dates
  • Uploading artwork to clients
  • Answering questions from external clients regarding upcoming title releases
  • Ensuring titles are live on storefronts
  • Liaising with internal teams to check on licensing and asset deliveries
  • Managing complex excel documents

Experience in Entertainment / Film & TV is highly desirable. This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
