I am looking for a Commissions Assistant to join my client on a part time basis to process the commission for their sales staff.

This role is an ASAP start and will initially last for up to 6 months. Reports to: Revenue Accountant

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key operational and sales teams to conduct margin analysis.

  • Management of commission process - calculations and monthly review of commissions tool (Palette) and reconciling back to monthly revenue

  • Support the bi-annual commissions planning process

  • Deal with commission calculation queries from the business

  • Perform reconciliation between three systems to ensure source data used for commission calculation is correct

  • Map system process for commission calculation

Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and understand variances and underlying reasons.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and an inquiring mind for accurate financial reporting.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to confidently liaise with various departments and stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to internal and external customers.
