A leading Branding and Design agency are currently recruiting a sharp thinking, proactive Client Manager to join their fast-paced and dynamic Client Services Team.
This will be full-time in their buzzy office with an early 3pm finish on Fridays-lots of socials, lots of personalities and full on energy.
The role in a bit more detail:
As the Client Manager you are our client's day to day contact across a variety of projects and accounts from FMCG, to corporate, both famous brands and challengers. You build great relationships with your clients and also the internal teams, and are the go to person who always knows what's going on and what stage a project is at.
About you
- A proactive, motivated self starter with fantastic project management, attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Ideally you have experience you can bring from branding/design or packaging design along with a creative eye- you could be a client executive /manager or an account executive in this field.
- Curiosity about the world and a passion for branding, with the ability to drive projects through from the very beginning to completion.
- Someone who is keen to be part of the thinking, not just the doing.
- A people person who is a great communicator and can keep key stakeholders up to date, summarise meetings and give succinct yet engaging briefs. You'll enjoy working closely with the wider team and the different departments in the agency.
- Experience working in a branding or design agency - ideally with some FMCG clients
- Experience managing project time lines and budgets
- Strong relationships with clients
- Reporting to a Client Director
