A new opportunity for a Buying Administrator to work for a Global Entertainment business based in their London office, working on a hybrid basis.
The ideal candidate will be a process-driven problem solver and an expert at Excel. You will need to be highly analytical and be able to act fast to solve problems. Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables required
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pricing, catalogue and availability
Troubleshoot and escalate issues that arise with in-store categories as required
Schedule and track deal submissions using Excel and other internal systems
Coordinate with Business team stakeholders to agree Product launch timelines, Deals calendars, cost price changes and operational requirements
Facilitate fast, accurate and on time ordering, shipping and delivery or distributor orders
Timely and accurate reporting of production and shipping stages and changes
Sense checking all aspects of cost and associated invoicing
Maintenance of all sales orders and purchase orders
Key Requirements:
Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are essential to this role
Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks with limited guidance
Good attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
