Skills, experience & qualifications required
- At least 3 years' experience in a client-facing role, ideally within data/insight sector
- Proven success in meeting new business growth targets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
- Must be extremely customer-service oriented with a passion to exceed client expectations
- Must be detail-oriented and organised; able to multitask and think quickly; a fast learner
- Must be self-motivated and energetic
- Good computer skills (basic knowledge of G Suite applications; knowledge of Salesforce)
- Interest and/or experience in retail or retail services
- Strong negotiation skills
- Persistence and tenacity
- Strong business acumen and problem solving/analysis skills required
