Salary: £40,000 + OTE £15-20K
Location: Loughton, Essex (5 days a week in-office | Central Line accessible | On-site parking)

The Role:
As Business Development Manager, you'll lead B2B sales-driving customer acquisition, converting leads, generating new opportunities, and building tailored advertising and lead-gen packages. You'll also forecast revenue and negotiate deals to help shape the future growth of two dynamic portfolios.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the sales team, you'll build lasting relationships with leading brands and agencies, deliver long-term marketing campaigns, and help drive success across digital display advertising, webinars, and downloadable whitepapers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new customer acquisition through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Sell bespoke advertising and lead generation solutions across digital platforms
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and track performance
  • Stay up-to-date with products, processes, and industry trends
  • Contribute to team development and demonstrate leadership capabilities
  • Represent client needs across Marketing, Data, and Product teams
  • Attend relevant B2B events and exhibitions for networking and lead generation


What You'll Bring:

  • A resilient, enthusiastic attitude and a proactive work ethic
  • 3+ years of successful experience in media sales
  • Ideally, experience selling digital advertising (not essential)
  • A proven ability to win new business and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, but not essential
