ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT - ARTS - LONDON
A wonderful opportunity has come up for a part qualified Assistant Management Accountant to work with one of the most prestigious arts origination's in the UK. This organisation works with some of the world most established and emerging artists, now are looking for an individual to join their finance team on a permanent basis.
A successful candidate should have strong communication skills, and show strong enthusiasm for not only finance and accounting but also the arts. We are looking for an individual who is part qualified and 2/3 years experience in a similar industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES: (but not limited to)
- Reconcile inventory to Gross Profit Margin in 3 group companies
- Check accruals for paid sales in 3 group companies
- Margin analysis for month in 3 group companies
- Creditor's reconciliation in 3 group companies
- Prepare month end deferred income adjustment for management accounts
- Monthly preparation of sales team's sales reports
- Preparation of management accounts for 2 subsidiaries
- Recoverable Expenses
- Weekly Artist's Statements
- Weekly Net Current Asset Reports - Preparation of Reports
- Weekly Budgeting | Forecasting- Preparation of Reports
- Weekly Cash flow - Preparation of Reports
- Weekly Performance Commentary - Preparation of Reports and Review
- Review of all sales invoices raised
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree or qualification in relevant field
- ACCA/CIMA part qualified
- Strong use of Advanced Excel
- Excellent understanding of other accounting software.
- Impeccable organisation and problem solving skills.
- Outside intrest in the arts.
